• Refunds: Because our services involve custom manual labor and digital assets, fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, unless stated otherwise in your contract.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Your Assets: Once a project is paid in full, you own the final designs and files (such as PSD or Figma source files).
• Our Tools: We retain the rights to our internal processes, pre-existing code libraries, and general knowledge used to build your project.

5. Client Responsibilities

To help us grow your revenue effectively, we ask that you:

• Provide necessary information and feedback in a timely manner.
• Ensure you have the legal right to use any images or text you provide to us.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for perfection and 100% growth, Clystra One cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes, as market conditions and external platforms (like Google or Meta) change. We are not liable for any indirect losses or damages resulting from the use of our services.

7. Ending Our Partnership

Either party may end the service agreement with written notice if the other party fails to meet their responsibilities. Upon termination, any work completed up to that date must be paid for.
